Darla Bonk is a compassionate and experienced management consultant dedicated to helping entrepreneurs fall in love with their business again.
With more than 20 years of executive experience in corporate sales, operations, process implementation, planning, budgeting, and leadership development, Darla has worked with companies small and large – from single-owner enterprises to Google and Nestlé.
As a young executive for a Fortune 200 company, Darla was thrown to the wolves with the seemingly impossible task of establishing, developing, and flourishing an all-new division totally from scratch. Through blood, sweat, and tears – and lots of trial and error – she consistently led the way in sales, employee retention, and leadership development, generating over $50M in revenue for the company.
Over the years, Darla has cultivated her expertise and created proven proprietary methodologies and strategies for success that help companies and individuals thrive!

ABOUT DARLA
Born a pastor’s daughter with a passion for people and song, Darla grew up in the subtropical natural wonderland of Fort Myers, Florida.
​
On a vocal scholarship for an a cappella group, Darla attended Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, where she earned a B.A. in Communication with a minor in History and Bible, and eventually her path led back home to sunny Southwest Florida.
​
Her professional experience spans from roles in Executive Sales Leadership with national Fortune 200 companies to Executive Director of the American Cancer Society (Lee County, FL), with many different stops along the way, before and in between. (Keep reading to learn more!)

For decades, Darla has been honing her skills, cultivating her expertise, and gathering insights from her work across a variety of industries and with individuals from all walks of life, always guided by her faith and the precious guidance of her many treasured mentors.
​
Darla is the founder and host of the podcast, "On Your Way."
Darla currently serves on the Fort Myers City Council as representative for Ward 6, and in 2023 she was named as a finalist for the Women in Business Apex awards.
She is a member of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, and is an Elite Member of KNOW Women Global, which connects and celebrates women entrepreneurs actively engaged with their communities, as well as an inaugural member of KNOW Fort Myers.

Currently, Darla and her husband reside in Fort Myers, where they run their own Southwest Florida-based company, Architectural Metal Flashings, and are actively involved with their community and church, volunteering with and supporting many different local organizations and non-profits, and participating in mission work all over the world.
​
Darla and her husband have four children in their twenties (and three fur babies still living at home), and when they’re not spending time with their big family, the two of them love to travel and explore the world together – whether it’s a faraway getaway or a quick road trip in their RV!
