Darla Bonk, founder and host of the "On Your Way" podcast, is
a passionate leader and community advocate from Fort Myers,
Florida.
With a background in Executive Sales Leadership, Darla has
held roles with Fortune 200 companies and served as
Executive Director of the American Cancer Society. She is a
finalist for the 2023 Women in Business Apex awards and
actively serves on the Fort Myers City Council.
Devoted to empowering others, Darla is a member of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, KNOW Women Global, and supports local nonprofits. When she's not traveling with her husband, she enjoys serving her community and church.
With an extensive background in Operations and Sales Leadership, Darla has led teams to success of over $50MM in ARR. She was a finalist for Apex Women in Business, listed as one of the top 50 women to KNOW in the United States in 2023, is currently serving in Leadership Florida, and actively serves as a councilperson in Fort Myers.
